We start with a very unique guided visit of a 10 centuries old monastery, which is now partially turned into a refined hotel. The wine tasting here is enjoyed while walking through it, along with our guide who explains and shows us the best rooms in it, the secret garden and the centuries-old wine cellars.
Afterwards, we go and have lunch in a very unique castle, extremely elegant and refined, which is now an exclusive luxury hotel. Incredibly “off the beaten paths”, with an additional cost (and only booking in advance) this castle offers the chance of having a (very fun!!!) cooking class with a high-level Italian chef, and eating what you have cooked with him…!Otherwise, just simply have lunch there is memorable…
Moreover, we can even have a horse class through the hills of the castle.
